CONNECT FOUR: Customizable (4) Aluminum Pallet Assembly Group – 3500 PSI, 8 GPM Hot Washer, 300 PSI, 11 GPM Gas Engine Soft Wash

Check out our CONNECT FOUR package!  This modular system was put together for a customer who wanted to be able to use his pressure washing and soft washing equipment in a few seasons, and remove it for another so he could use the truck for transporting other items, and also carry a large amount of water since they don’t always have access to a water supply on site.  We made sure that the equipment was all installed on (4) aluminum 4’x4′ pallets with 4-way fork access to make it easy to put the equipment onto the flat bed they have, and to remove it.  We also made sure the connections were all quick connect or camlock to make the assembly and disassembly of the system quick and painless. 

The 525 gallon water tank occupies one pallet and is the supply tank for the 8 GPM pressure washer.  The 200 gallon water tank occupies another pallet, and supplies the soft wash system.  The soft wash skid, bleach tank, surfactant tank, soft wash & inlet hose reels, and proportioner system occupy the third pallet.  Finally, the fourth pallet is occupied by the 8 GPM hot water washer, 20 gallon soap tank, soap injector, and the high pressure hose reel.  While this system can all be used together, you can also separate the pressure washer system (2 skids), and the soft wash system (other 2 skids) and use them independently on different trucks.
